The weight had completely snuck up on me. I didn’t realize it at the time, but that was the moment when INDIGO Holistic Wellness Coaching for menopausal women was born. I created INDIGO as a safe, nonjudgmental space between where you are now and where you want to be. It is my greatest passion to help you heal yourself holistically so that you can reclaim your sense of self and live with greater pleasure and purpose.
