I’m Jerusha Jantz, an International Association of Wellness Professionals Certified Holistic Wellness Coach. I spent 10 years of my own wellness journey trying to figure out how to heal my body and feel great when doctors and lab tests told me I was fine. But inside, I knew I wasn’t ok!
