As an instructional designer for 20 years, I have created dozens of educational programs to help people learn new skills. As Certified Personal Trainer, I have helped hundreds of people over the past 13 years meet their physical fitness goals. My own health journey has led me to research and try to understand why we fail to reach personal health goals and put ourselves last and what I finally learned is that, there is no end date to being healthy. It’s a journey and like any journey, there are good days and bad days. It’s what we learn and apply and how we “fall-up” that matters.

I want to work with people who are ready to take their health back, so that they can not only have a longer lifespan but have a longer “health-span”. Don’t get discouraged by how many times you have started something new and didn’t stick to it. I want to help you figure out how and why you might be self-sabotaging yourself and identify what the underlying reasons for lack of consistency in achieving those health goals you set for yourself. Together, we can work towards new realistic short and long term goals, so that you can feel good about the changes you are making and you can start to seeing lasting results.
