Hello and welcome! I am so happy that you are here.

My name is Lynette Wehner and I am a certified holistic wellness coach with the IAWP.

My story is long and winding, but it has led me to this place where I hope that I can be a support to you in whatever it is you are going through.

Listen Within Wellness is all about listening to that voice deep inside you. The deepest part of your soul. Who you are at the core. For many, that voice tries to sing out but is shunned. For many others, that voice has been silenced. People deserve to live their lives authentically as who they are at the core. I help support people to find their voice, their confidence, and the courage to speak out.

Right now I work with clients one on one. Private individual coaching that meets weekly or bi-weekly. 3-month packages.

The entire focus of my practice is to help you get to where you want to be.
